Aquadrain is a reliable, money-saving alternative to aggregate subsurface drainage. Aquadrain is manufactured in easy-to-install 4 ft. by 52 ft. light-weight rolls requiring no heavy equipment or skilled labor. Aquadrain is designed for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic loads. Aquadrain provides consistent high-flow drainage capacity throughout the entire installation. It's thin construction reduces drainage space requirements, making it ideal for split-slab plaza decks and property line construction applications. Both the plastic core and the fabric are resistant to all naturally-occurring soils. Aquadrain's uniform properties and quality assure predictable drain performance on your project.
Aquadrain is comprised of a 3-dimensional plastic drainage core with a heavy geotextile filter fabric bonded to one side. The filter fabric allows water to pass into the drainage core while restricting the passage of soil particles. The plastic core provides compressive strength and allows high capacity flow to drainage discharge pipes. Aquadrain effectively directs water away from the structure, reducing hydrostatic pressures and enhancing installed waterproofing systems. Six different Aquadrain composites are available to provide a consistent, reliable alternative to aggregrate drainage.
